Teresa Vega
Chairman

Terry has over 30 years experience in technology and telecoms, including 20 years in wireless. Teresa has run multi-billion dollar divisions of Lucent and Motorola, driving major product launches in wireless infrastructure and handsets. She brings extensive strategic, operational and customer experience to the board.

Graham Peel
Chief Executive Officer

Graham has a wealth of experience in managing global businesses for high technology products and processes including Lotus Cars, Group Lotus plc and Keronite. Graham has a record of growing and developing high performance management teams to apply new innovation and technology while achieving operational excellence. 

Hermann Hauser
Non-executive Director

Hermann Hauser was co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners in 1997 with Anne Glover and Peter Wynn. In his long and successful history as an entrepreneur and venture capitalist, he has founded or co-founded companies in a wide range of technology sectors.

Hans Schreck
Non-executive Director

Hans G. Schreck is a General Partner in TVM Capital’s technology investment practice and represents TVM Capital on the board of Cambridge Broadband Networks. Hans specialises in investments in semiconductors, networking, communications and software.

Martin Gibson
Non-executive Director

Martin has been active in international technology start-ups and venture capital for 18 years and focuses on the communications and semiconductor sectors. Martin has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a BA in Electrical and Information Science from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Engineer.

John Naylon
Non-executive Director

A co-founder of Cambridge Broadband Networks, John is responsible for research and development and holds over 11 years’ experience of developing cutting edge wireless technology. John holds a degree and PhD in computer science from the University of Cambridge.

Karen Slatford
Non-executive Director

Karen has held a range of non-executive director positions in the technology sector and is currently on the board of Micro Focus PLC and Volex PLC. Karen is chair of Featurespace Ltd, the Neverfail Group and the Foundry Visionmongers and has held senior roles at Hewlett Packard Ltd driving global sales and marketing. In 2000, Karen was appointed Chairman of Hewlett Packard UK Ltd and also undertook the position of Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
