Overview
CBNL recognise the importance of allowing key members of our customer’s Operations and Engineering teams an opportunity to use our lab facilities to gain practical experience on VectaStar equipment.
CBNL Nigeria facilitate this by providing a number of ‘workshop days’ on the training calendar which allow certified engineers the opportunity to come in and use our lab under the guidance and assistance of our own experts.

What will I learn?
- Gain operational experience in a ‘non-live’ network environment
- Expand on practical knowledge of VectaStar products
- Use as a ‘refresher’ before attending higher level training courses
- Practice procedures e.g. software upgrades
- Test new service and/or hardware configurations
- Set up inter-operability tests*
- Simulate troubleshooting techniques e.g. detecting interference
- Try out bespoke VNMS configurations e.g. dashboard customisation.
Prerequisties
Attendees must hold any of the following certifications:
- VST-ENG
- VST-SPEC
- VST-VNMS-ADMIN
- VST-VNMS-OPERATOR.

Equipment provided by CBNL training lab, however customers must provide all the necessary 3rd party equipment, software and materials for inter-operability tests.
