Graham has a wealth of experience in managing global businesses for high technology products and processes including Lotus Cars, Group Lotus plc and Keronite. Graham has a record of growing and developing high performance management teams to apply new innovation and technology while achieving operational excellence.

William Ginn William is responsible for delivering high-quality business performance and holds 20 years’ experience in finance leadership roles in the telecommunications and technology sector. Most recently William was interim CFO at Manx Telecom. In 2007 he was part of a private-equity backed management buy-in team which purchased two UK divisions of Siemens, creating managed services provider Solution1, and led that business to the merger which created MDNX in 2010. Most of William’s earlier career was spent at Cable and Wireless, culminating in the role of CFO of their US business.

Dr John Naylon A co-founder of Cambridge Broadband Networks, John is responsible for research and development and holds over 11 years’ experience of developing cutting edge wireless technology. John holds a degree and PhD in computer science from the University of Cambridge.

Paul Yates Paul leads the company’s operational and manufacturing activities. Paul has 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and supply chain with Tier 1 Contract Electronic Manufacturers such as Celestica, where he held a variety of global operational roles and major account management positions. More recently Paul has held a number of senior operational roles in UK high tech start up and SME companies.

John Greig John has over 25 years’ experience at director level with start-up and mature international software and hardware solution companies, along with 12 years in the mobile arena where he has held responsibility for leading engineering, support, operations and product management teams. John’s experience includes, CTO and BU Manager at Marconi MSI, CTO and VP Engineering at Protek and most recently GM responsible for R&D, Services, Product Management and Operations with the Anritsu Service Assurance BU. John has managed international teams of over 500 staff and outsourced personnel, with budget responsibilities in excess of £40M.

Allan McLuckie Allan leads the company’s services and customer support activities and has 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry. Allan has held many senior management roles with the likes of Ericsson, 3, T-Mobile, Motorola and Mercury. More recently Allan has been Head of Vodafone Managed Service at Ericsson and Director of Customer Service with 3. Allan’s experience includes working for Legal and General and Arval (part of BNP Paribar) in the financial services area and has experience managing 6,000 staff with opex in excess of £100M and multi-million pound capex projects.

Richard Lucas Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the mobile communications industry in a variety of product marketing, business management and business development roles, including that of Director of TETRA Infrastructure for Motorola Solutions. Richard has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

Alastair Williamson Alastair leads the company’s global sales, marketing and commercial activities. He has over 25 years commercial experience, within the telecoms sector, leading sales teams in Asia, EMEA and LATAM. Previous to joining CBNL, Alastair held a number of sales leadership roles in Alcatel Lucent.

Vincent Chirouze Vincent manages the South African Office and has over 20 years experience working for Alcatel-Lucent in a variety of positions, including VP for South and East Africa. Vincent is a qualified engineer and speaks fluent French, English and German.

Kamel Kaddoumi Kamel manages the Middle East and Northern Africa Office and has over 15 years experience in the telecoms and IT industries. This includes senior management roles for NEC and Sumitomo Corp. in the Middle East and North Africa. Kamel is a qualified Telecom Engineer and speaks fluent English, Arabic and French.
