Graham Peel
Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Graham is committed to delivering Cambridge Broadband Networks’ business strategy and product innovation pipeline. Graham has a wealth of experience in managing global businesses for high technology products and processes including Lotus Cars, Group Lotus plc and Keronite. Graham has a record of growing and developing high performance management teams to apply new innovation and technology while achieving operational excellence.

 

William Ginn
Chief Financial Officer

William is responsible for delivering high-quality business performance and holds 20 years’ experience in finance leadership roles in the telecommunications and technology sector. Most recently William was interim CFO at Manx Telecom. In 2007 he was part of a private-equity backed management buy-in team which purchased two UK divisions of Siemens, creating managed services provider Solution1, and led that business to the merger which created MDNX in 2010. Most of William’s earlier career was spent at Cable and Wireless, culminating in the role of CFO of their US business.

 

Catherine Lee
Human Resources

Catherine manages the human resources which enable the organisation to achieve its commercial targets. With an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management, Catherine has 16 years HR experience, ranging from start-up to established international business.

 

Paul Yates
Operations

Paul leads the company’s operational and manufacturing activities. Paul has 25 years’ experience in manufacturing and supply chain with Tier 1 Contract Electronic Manufacturers such as Celestica, where he held a variety of global operational roles and major account management positions. More recently Paul has held a number of senior operational roles in UK high tech start up and SME companies.

 

John Naylon
Research and Development

A co-founder of Cambridge Broadband Networks, John is responsible for research and development and holds over 11 years’ experience of developing cutting edge wireless technology. John holds a degree and PhD in computer science from the University of Cambridge.

 

Alastair Williamson
Global Sales

Alastair leads the company’s global sales, marketing and commercial activities. He has over 25 years commercial experience, within the telecoms sector, leading sales teams in Asia, EMEA and LATAM. Previous to joining CBNL, Alastair held a number of sales leadership roles in Alcatel Lucent.

 

Vincent Chirouze
Sales - Sub Saharan Africa

Vincent manages the South African Office and has over 20 years experience working for Alcatel-Lucent in a variety of positions, including VP for South and East Africa. Vincent is a qualified engineer and speaks fluent French, English and German.

 

Kamel Kaddoumi
Sales - Middle East

Kamel manages the Middle East and Northern Africa Office and has over 15 years experience in the telecoms and IT industries. This includes senior management roles for NEC and Sumitomo Corp. in the Middle East and North Africa. Kamel is a qualified Telecom Engineer and speaks fluent English, Arabic and French.

 

Adrian Martin
Sales - Latin America

Adrian is responsible for leading sales, marketing and commercial activities in Latin America and Telefonica Globally. He has over 25 years’ experience including holding senior management roles in companies such as Veraz Networks, ViaNetworks and Nortel.

 

Mark Dismorr
Services

Mark is responsible for delivering CBNL’s professional services and customer support. Mark has over 25 year's experience of delivering transmission networks for blue chip telecommunications and broadcast companies, including, Orange, 3UK, Ericsson, the BBC and Crown Castle. Mark has a BSc, is a member of the IET and is a Chartered Engineer.

 

Richard Lucas
Product Management

Richard has over 20 years’ experience in the mobile communications industry in a variety of product marketing, business management and business development roles, including that of Director of TETRA Infrastructure for Motorola Solutions. Richard has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
