Project Co-ordinator/Manager

CBNL is recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator/Manager to work in our Cambridge offices.

This role is UK office based and full time. 

Based with the Engineering team and working closely with our Director of Engineering, the Project Co-ordinator will support CBNL through our internal development program to deliver a new portfolio of products to market.

As our Project Co-ordinator, you will need to plan, execute and deliver projects according to the agreed deadlines and within budget. 

This will entail ensuring projects are resourced correctly and coordinating the efforts of team members and contractors. 

You will define the project’s objectives, whilst overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle, identifying and managing risk and with regular status reports.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience, though we may consider an engineering graduate who is willing to learn;

  • Bachelor’s, Masters or Ph.D. and work experience in relevant technical field or demonstrated equivalent work experience
  • Some experience in a product development environment would be beneficial
  • Ideally, hold a current, formal qualification in project management (Prince2/PMI/APM)
  • Familiarity with project management software

  • You will empower others to make decisions and provide a supportive framework to enable the team to execute their roles to achieve the project objectives
  • You will demonstrate continuous improvement and development of skills and professional understanding
  • Able to demonstrate quality standards through own and others work
